About the role

Zirconia Inc' is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashier/Barista to join our dynamic team in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling cash and credit/debit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  2. Preparing and serving a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to customer specifications
  3. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  4. Providing friendly and attentive customer service, addressing any queries or concerns
  5. Assisting with other cafe duties as required, such as food preparation and inventory management

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience as a cashier or barista in a hospitality or food service setting
  2. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  3. Excellent cash handling and math skills, with a keen eye for detail
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  5. Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation, with the ability to follow recipes and standards
  6. A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour
