Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve tea lattes with precision, ensuring each drink meets our high standards of quality and taste.
  • Manage cashier duties efficiently, handling transactions accurately and providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and assist with inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage with customers warmly, educating them about our unique tea offerings and enhancing their ChaYi experience.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the store and assist in general store operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or similar role, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our bustling tea shop.
  • Optional: NCII in Food and Beverage Services is a big plus, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in food handling and service.
