KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Barista Duties
  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and signature beverages based on standard recipes.
  • Keep the barista station clean, sanitized, and organized.
  • Monitor and replenish stocks (coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.).
  • Clean, maintain, and calibrate coffee equipment.
  • Create latte art and maintain consistent drink presentation.
  • Help control beverage costs and reduce waste.
B. Waiter Duties
  • Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.
  • Present menus and offer recommendations.
  • Take and serve orders accurately and on time.
  • Upsell items to enhance guest experience.
  • Maintain proper table setup and 5-star dining ambience.
  • Address guest concerns politely and report issues when needed.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
  • Handle billing and payments correctly.
C. Guest Service Excellence
  • Provide attentive, personalized, and proactive service.
  • Maintain excellent grooming and hygiene.
  • Know menu items, beverages, and promotions.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.
