Join our growing company as a Client Account Specialist (Shared Services)

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 6 months of work experience in the BPO industry handling after sales concerns
  • Willing to be assigned in Eastwood, Quezon City, and Mckinley Hill, Taguig City.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Has good communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, resolution-focused support by providing clients with accurate information and timely updates.
  • Assist partner teams in responding to client inquiries and resolving general concerns.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to track timelines and communicate account updates.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of residential client requests and effective resolution of complaints.
  • Document all interactions with a ticket reference number, provide regular status updates, and ensure timely closure of each transaction.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, effectively managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php26,000.00 per month
