The Accounting Software Specialist is responsible for assisting clients in understanding, setting up, and using the company's accounting system. This includes helping clients who purchase the system for their own use and those who outsource accounting services to the company. The role involves providing product demonstrations, guiding clients during implementation, and ensuring that the system or service meets their accounting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and demonstrate the accounting system to potential and existing clients.
  • Assist clients in choosing the right setup — whether for system acquisition or outsourced service.
  • Guide clients through system implementation, data setup, and user orientation.
  • Provide training and support to ensure clients understand how to use the software properly.
  • Coordinate with the internal accounting and technical teams for accurate setup and customization.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, or technical issues related to the accounting system.
  • Prepare necessary reports, documentation, and post-implementation feedback.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems especially in Quickbook
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple clients or projects.
