QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • With at least 6 months or 1 year working experience as a Planning Engineer or Project Scheduler in a construction project.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a PLUS.
  • Must be familiar with construction drawings and ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Strong organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be assigned within Metro Manila or nearby provinces

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Attend project meetings to report progress and discuss schedule-related issues.
  • Capable of monitoring project timelines, identifying issues, and recommending corrective actions
  • Conducts site visits occasionally to check quality and authenticity of data/documents being used and required for the project.
  • Developing detailed project schedules, including identifying all project phases and predicting the time required to complete each one.
  • Providing regular schedule updates, reports, and presentations to project teams and clients.
  • Strong background in resource allocation, cost estimation, and project progress tracking
  • Tracking progress against milestones, identifying potential delays, and analyzing schedule performance.
  • Working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve scheduling issues and ensure smooth workflow.
