Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material requests.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors for technical and project-related concerns.
  • Ensure quality control and safety compliance at the job site.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports.
  • Assist in scheduling, planning, and monitoring project progress.
  • Review and check construction drawings and details.
  • Attend coordination meetings and assist in resolving site issues.
  • Perform other related engineering duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites as required.
