INTENDED PARENT COORDINATOR
1 Initiate sales process by conducting and scheduling appointments with warm leads; conduct initial consultation; describe services with an expert knowledge base.
2 Provide value and educate clients regarding our approach, the process, and our services, including all documentation and financing/payment options available.
3 Close sales by building a strong rapport with potential clients; explain product and service capabilities;overcome objections; discuss and prepare financial documents
4 Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current clients, ensuring a smooth hand-offbetween consult and clinical coordination.
5 Maintain detailed records of completed transactions and patients.
6 Manage the follow-up process by reaching out to potential clients who have expressed an interest indonor eggs to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in their decision-makingprocess, and/or follow up on clients who have not yet found their ideal donor.
7 Maintain relationships with all current and previous clients and build strong client rapport.
8 Demonstrate ethical sales practices and adhere to all company protocols, policies, and procedures.
9 Work collaboratively with medical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
10 Manage the appropriate follow-up with both the clinical teams and the client to ensure a greatexperience throughout the process.
11 Maintain and develop a pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective clients who did not moveforward after their initial consultation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 Candidate must have demonstrated consultative sales and negotiation skills (2+ years consultative selling experience required) - for sales position
2 Strong communication, high attention to detail and rapport-building skills
3 Self-motivation, drive, initiative, and outgoing and confident sales approach
4 Proven success in a commission and/or quota-driven environment
5 Experience using a contact tracking system
6Passion for helping prospective parents create the familythey dream of.
7A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, successful sales experience may besubstituted for academic credentials
INTAKE COORDINATOR
The Intake Coordinator deals more on patient care, information and registration intake gathering, scheduling appointments, communicating with our clients through calls, and admin support. Usually guiding patients throughout registration process.

2 Self-motivation, drive, initiative, and outgoing and confident approach
3A bachelor's degree holder

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
-Must have the necessary equipment, including a laptop, noise
-canceling headphones, and a camera.
-Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace.
-Must have a backup plan in place for internet disruptions or power outages.
-Must be comfortable using a work tracker (ActivTrak).
-Must be available to work on a PST schedule.
