ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Team Leader, who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Compliance Financial Reporting (CFR) team, ensuring that financial statements and compliance reports meet regulatory standards. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, managing client expectations, and driving process excellence across engagements. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and a client-focused mindset.

What you'll do:

  • Team Supervision & Development: Manage the team's daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables. Conduct coaching sessions and monitor performance metrics to ensure growth and accountability.
  • Project & Engagement Management: Lead the execution of client deliverables in alignment with Infinnum's delivery systems, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Client & Internal Coordination: Maintain strong working relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams to support business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, ensuring compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and applicable tax disclosure requirements.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA is preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or financial audit, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Background in Big 4 firms is an advantage
  • Philippine Financial Reporting Framework & Standards
  • Compliance review, tax disclosures, and reconciliations
  • Accounting closing processes and analytic review
  • Philippine taxation (accounting side)
  • JuanTax knowledge is a plus

Pay: Php20, Php50,000.00 per month
