ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a
Team Leader for Compliance Financial Reporting Services
who will oversee a team of Financial Reporting Analysts responsible for preparing financial statements that support clients' annual statutory compliance. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to lead people effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team's daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables, including monthly closing, preparation of financial statements, and audit support.
  • Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions to guide team members in achieving goals and maintaining service quality.
  • Lead the execution of client engagements, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with internal partners and clients to maintain smooth communication and strong working relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    ;
    CPA preferred
    .
  • At least
    4 years of experience
    in general accounting, financial reporting, compliance financial reporting and analysis, and/or financial audit.
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Experience with a
    Big 4 accounting firm
    is an advantage.
