About the role

As a System Support Analyst at PRL SpeedUp Inc. | HONOR Philippines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's technology infrastructure. Working within a dynamic and technology-driven environment, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our internal teams, identifying and resolving technical issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems. This full-time, on-site position is based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of software and hardware issues
  • Monitoring and maintaining the company's IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases
  • Implementing and testing software updates and patches to ensure system stability and security
  • Documenting and reporting on IT-related incidents and resolutions to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems
  • Recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support services

What we're looking for

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a system support or IT helpdesk role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Proficient in the use of common productivity software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Working knowledge of operating systems, networking, and database management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
