We're on a mission to build smarter systems across sales, operations, logistics, and customer service through AI and intelligent automation.

We're seeking an experienced, high-level AI & Automation Specialist to lead and execute our digital transformation.

You'll work onsite in Siargao as a key part of our global team, collaborating directly with Australian management to design, build, and implement real automation solutions that drive measurable impact.

This is a senior in-house position — ideal for someone who thrives on innovation, independence, and creating systems that truly change how a business operates.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all AI and automation initiatives within the company.
  • Design and build automated workflows across HubSpot, Google Sheets, Gmail, Xero, and other platforms.
  • Create custom API integrations and scripts to connect business tools seamlessly.
  • Implement AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to optimize communication, lead handling, and reporting.
  • Continuously analyze manual processes and recommend high-impact automation opportunities.
  • Build and manage dashboards and bots that improve visibility, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members as the company's go-to automation expert.

What We're Looking For

We're not looking for beginners — we want someone who's already done this before.

You've built systems, automated workflows, and delivered tangible results.

  • 3+ years of proven experience in automation, integrations, or process optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation platforms.
  • Experience writing or modifying Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Experience connecting CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
  • Independent, solution-oriented, and eager to drive innovation.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Siargao full-time.
