The Role We are seeking a No Code and AI Automations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage no-code automation systems, integrating AI components to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Your focus will be on building and maintaining solutions that empower teams to work efficiently, all while minimizing manual processes. Key Responsibilities Design and develop no-code automation solutions using platforms like Dify, Airtable, Zapier, and others Identify processes across the organization that can be improved through automation and propose actionable solutions Integrate AI tools and technologies into no-code workflows to enhance functionality and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and translate them into robust automation solutions Provide training and support to team members on using automation tools effectively Monitor, analyze, and optimize automation performance and user experience Stay updated on emerging trends in no-code development and AI technologies Requirements Skills & Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in automation, no-code development, or AI solutions Proficiency with no-code platforms (Dify, Zapier, Airtable, or equivalent) Understanding of AI concepts and hands-on experience with AI tools or platforms Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience in project management or working within an Agile framework is a plus Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously Benefits Base Salary: USD $1,000 per month Performance Incentives Corporate Culture & Work Ethos We foster a culture of innovation, performance, and purpose.
