We're looking for a tech-driven professional to join our team in Siargao. This is not just a support role — you will be the leader driving Steelmark into AI and automation, shaping how the company adapts and grows in the modern era. You'll also work closely with Australian managers, collaborating to build and push new ideas, strategies, and implementations. We want someone who will not just "do their job" but become an active part of the company's ideas, growth, and future direction.

What You'll Do
  • Take the lead in pushing the company into AI and automation adoption.
  • Collaborate with Australian managers to design and implement new ideas and improvements.
  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency across sales, operations, and customer support.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows (e.g., lead management, reporting, inventory updates).
  • Integrate AI tools into existing business processes (HubSpot, Google Sheets, Xero, etc.).
  • Create and manage bots, scripts, and dashboards to streamline work.
  • Continuously analyze processes and suggest automation opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in AI, machine learning, or automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, Python, APIs, RPA tools, etc.).
  • Strong technical skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and also contribute fresh ideas for growth.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Willingness to work onsite in Siargao.
