Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that improve business processes and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize AI/ML models for various business use cases.
  • Develop automation tools and integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption.
  • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches.
  • Monitor, test, and improve AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Document processes, models, and workflows for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in AI/ML development, natural language processing, or computer vision.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and AI APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
  • Knowledge of automation platforms and AI integration in business workflows.
