Company Profile: One of the well know travel agency company here in the Philippines and all over the world and 1 decade of operation now here in the Philippines. They offer corporate business, airline tickets, tour packages, and visa services. They offer comprehensive corporate travel services.

Position: Corporate Sales Officer

Company Industry: Travel Agency Company

Office Address: BGC, Taguig City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:45am to 5:45pm)

Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience

Work Set Up: Work On Site

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a Travel Agency Company.
  • Handling end to end travel arrangement from booking, creating package tours and ticket and hotel reservation.
  • Can attend face to face interview
  • Can start working as soon as possible is a big advantage.

Job Descriptions:

  • Make presentations and package tours for business incentive travel and operations.
  • Plan and coordinate conferences, events, and meetings for customers.
  • Visit customers' offices on a regular basis, conduct sales calls, comprehend corporate business processes, and be able to offer assistance in enhancing the general efficiency and efficacy of corporate marketing and sales.
  • Plan your trip from start to finish.
  • Help customers make reservations for hotels, flights, transfers, etc.
  • Give customers relevant information and helpful vacation and travel resources (such as maps, guides, itineraries, and event schedules).
  • Assist and serve clients with a sense of duty to ensure their maximum pleasure while providing tour escorting.
  • Determine the needs of the client for events and travel, and keep a positive rapport with the person in charge.
  • Report sales figures as soon as possible.
  • Directly report to the manager or section manager.
