- Account Analysis by Sales Type:
Participate in the categorization of accounts by sales type and growth plans based on business objectives. - Sales Activity Management:
Help manage the feasibility of sales activities based on sales/marketing plans, ensuring common goals with accounts. Set guidelines for ROI analysis and manage both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) activities. - Volume Management:
Analyze product volume, logistics, actual sales, and inventory for each account to ensure alignment with goals. - Risk Management:
Identify and evaluate financial risks associated with account collateral (limit), orders, and payments. - Retail Channel Management:
Ensure contracts, pricing policies, and product distribution channels are aligned to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in business development, B2B sales, or account management in sectors like display, electronics, technology, or other B2B products.
- Track Record: Proven success in achieving sales targets and expanding market share while maintaining strong relationships and networks within the business community.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present, persuade, and negotiate with key decision-makers.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Smart Business Experience (Preferred): Experience with smart business solutions is a plus.
