 Your Day-to-Day

• Use the PPA Billing Tool to generate customer invoices based on contractual billing schedules and energy consumption data.


• Review and validate input data such as meter readings, tariff rates, and contract terms to ensure accurate billing.


• Ensure invoices are issued on time and in line with the agreed terms of the Power Purchase Agreement


• Maintain and update billing records, schedules, and customer account information in relevant systems.


• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. finance, commercial, legal, and sales teams) to resolve discrepancies or address billing-related queries.


• Support monthly billing cycles and provide reporting on billing status and performance metrics.


• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing accuracy, efficiency, and scalability


• Support audit processes by providing documentation and records as required.

 What We're Looking For


• Experience in billing, finance administration, or contract management (ideally in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors).


• Familiarity with billing tools or ERP/CRM systems.


• Understanding of billing cycles, invoicing processes, and account reconciliation.


• Understanding of energy market concepts or renewable energy contracts.


• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with data and billing systems.


• Ability to interpret and apply contract terms to billing processes.


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

 Work Setup

• Location: Work in Office – Eastwood

• Shift: To follow AU work hours
