Billing and Logistics Coordinator, FULL TIME

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

Location: Fortune Village 7 , Parada Valenzuela City (PIN LOCATION: RMEV ENTERPRISES)

Job Summary:

The Billing and Logistic Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of billing, invoicing, and coordinating the movement and delivery of goods and vehicles and Manage inventory of stocks and monitoring supplier delivery. This role ensures accurate financial transactions, timely delivery, and efficient inventory management to support operational productivity.

Qualifications

  • 25-35 yrs old, FEMALE with degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years proven experience in billing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and inventory management
  • Familiarity with the preparation of documents such as Sales Invoice, Delivery receipt and shipping procedures, import/export documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Customer service orientation when dealing with suppliers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices based on sales orders and delivery records.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate collections.
  • Maintain and update billing records and relevant reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales , Finance and accounting teams for smooth financial reconciliation.

Logistics Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule delivery with Customers, couriers, and freight forwarders.
  • Prepare documents such as packing lists, delivery receipts.
  • Track shipments and update internal teams on delivery status.
  • Coordinate inventory movements, stock levels, and storage.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of goods during transport and at storage facilities.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain organized records of transactions, shipments, and inventory.
  • Support departmental reports and documentation.
  • Liaise with supply chain, sales, and finance teams for seamless operations.
