Total Rewards Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of benefits and wellbeing programs within a global healthcare organization, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Manage and promote health and welfare benefits (e.g., medical, dental, vision) and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Oversee recognition and work/life balance programs, enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement wellness strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze and report on benefits usage and employee feedback to inform program enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Health Promotion, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on benefits administration, compensation, or employee wellbeing from BPO, Shared Services and Multinational companies.
- Proven experience in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS and data management tools is essential.
- Knowledge of federal and state policies related to employee benefits, including ADA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
- Open to work in a NIGHT SHIFT schedule
