The Rewards and Operations Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the total rewards program for SRPH. This role ensures that the company's rewards system, pay structure, and benefits packages are competitive, fair, and aligned with the organization's goals and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Rewards Program Management:
- Design and implement employee rewards and recognition programs that align with organizational objectives.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee motivation, retention, and productivity through rewards.
- Create and update policies related to rewards, incentives, and recognition programs.
- Analyze employee feedback, performance data, and program effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize rewards programs.
Payroll Management:
- Coordinate with SEAO SSC in developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures that align with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Manage the processing of bi-monthly payroll, updating relevant employee information, and generating payroll reports to be submitted to SEAO SSC
- Manage the processing of final pay and other special payroll-related activities
- Collaborate with Finance and SEAO SSC to reconcile payroll expenses and maintain accurate financial records
- Investigate and resolve employee inquiries and disputes related to payroll discrepancies, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
Benefits Administration:
- Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the company's compensation offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry benchmarks
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, such as healthcare, retirement plans, and well-being initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and cost- effectiveness
- Stay informed of legislative and regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits, implementing necessary updates to policies and procedures
- Monitor budget allocations for compensation and benefits, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising employee satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of compensation and benefits decisions, policies, and practices
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing benefit programs
- Communicate benefits effectively to employees, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring they understand the value of the company's investment in their well-being.
Operations
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for reward and operations processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in service delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and address employee concerns, complaints, and escalated issues
- Process new hire enrollments, life event changes, and terminations and ensure benefits are accurately administered.
Qualifications:
- Must be college graduate with Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or other business-related or social sciences-related courses
- At least 8-10 years experience in rewards, payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management.
- With strong experience in process improvement and policy writing/creation.
- With excellent reporting skills (accurate, clear, and concise in verbal and written form).
- Has above average proficiency in Workday or other HRIS
