The Solutions Engineer will work closely with the sales and product teams to design, present, and demonstrate technical solutions to prospective partners, enterprise clients, and key stakeholders. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen to bridge the gap between customer needs and 's product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the account manager or sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions for prospective customers.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-value propositions.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team to help shape product enhancements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, integration guides, and solution architecture diagrams for clients.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, responses to RFPs, and solution overviews.
  • Stay up to date with 's product roadmap, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Support the onboarding of new enterprise partners by coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant role, preferably in fintech, payments, or crypto/blockchain.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand customer business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital payments is a plus.
