DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are seeking engineers to join our team who embody a service-first mindset.

As the Pre-Sales Engineer, you will:
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, functionality, and benefits.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored solution designs and proposals aligned with our product offerings.
  • Assist in creating and reviewing RFPs and RFIs by providing technical expertise.
  • Participate in technical discussions and solution design sessions with customers, understanding their technical environment and providing recommendations.
  • Address technical objections or concerns raised by customers with appropriate responses and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and professional services, to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Conduct product evaluations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical workshops.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs for sales teams to enhance product knowledge and solution selling skills.
  • Work with the Pre-Sales Team Lead and colleagues to meet goals and KPIs.
