Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a support at our location in Cebu.

The Solutions Engineer: Network & Security professional will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting network and security issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and responding to customer inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing network security measures, and maintaining network documentation. The role also involves analytical tasks to monitor and improve network performance.

Solutions Engineer: Network & Security - Salary Range Php 18, Php 30,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)

• Monitor and respond to network and security incidents

• Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems

• Manage access controls, authentication systems, and security policies

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure compliance with security standards

• Document network configurations and security procedures

• Must be willing to travel for project deployments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ISC2 CC are a plus

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall technologies

• Experience with tools like Wireshark, Nmap, Nessus, or similar

• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Solutions Engineer: Datacenter, Backup & Storage - Salary Range Php 18, Php 30,000.00 per month

Role Description:

The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for conducting enterprise system integrations, providing consulting services on datacenter, backup, and storage solutions, participating in presales activities, and driving sales by demonstrating the value and ROI of our solutions to potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting presentations, and working closely with clients to understand and meet their needs.

Qualifications:

• Background in Consulting with specialized knowledge in datacenter, backup, and storage solutions

• Effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support for datacenter operations, backup solutions, and storage systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory or Entra ID.

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements.

• Document technical procedures and maintain support knowledge base.

What We're Looking For:

• Solid experience in technical support for datacenter, backup, and storage environments.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.

• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.

• Experience with enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, etc.) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Server+, or similar are a plus.

• Must be willing to travel for project deployments
