About the Role:

We are seeking a Client Success Manager – Finishing Solutions to lead client partnerships, manage key project accounts, and ensure successful delivery of architectural and finishing material solutions for premium projects in Cebu City.

This role demands strong client relationship skills, project coordination expertise, and a deep understanding of finishing materials such as tiles, paints, lighting, glass, aluminum, and architectural hardware.


Core Functions:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients including architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive project specifications to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product selection, design proposals, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention through proactive account management and service excellence.
  • Present and promote product solutions aligned with client needs and project specifications.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction finishes and interior materials.
  • Goal-oriented with strong business acumen and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or any business-related course.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or project coordination within the finishing materials or construction industry.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Cebu City.
  • With a strong network among architects, designers, contractors, or developers is a plus.
