Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Engineer to join our team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Supervision: Oversee and manage site operations to ensure the proper execution of work according to engineering drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all materials used and work performed meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with the project specifications.
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce health and safety standards on site to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of workers and visitors.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site, including resolving technical difficulties and ensuring timely solutions.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, site inspections, and daily logs. Report on project status to senior management.
  • Resource Management: Monitor the availability of materials, machinery, and labor to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment between project plans and on-site execution.
  • Inspection & Testing: Ensure proper testing and inspection of construction materials, structures, and systems as per project requirements.
