Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support: Network & Security at our location in Cebu. The Technical Support: Network & Security professional will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting network and security issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and responding to customer inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing network security measures, and maintaining network documentation. The role also involves analytical tasks to monitor and improve network performance.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)


• Monitor and respond to network and security incidents


• Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems


• Manage access controls, authentication systems, and security policies


• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure compliance with security standards


• Document network configurations and security procedures

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field


• Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ISC2 CC are a plus


• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall technologies


• Experience with tools like Wireshark, Nmap, Nessus, or similar


• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
