What You'll Do:

  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee inventory management, store displays, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Analyze sales data, optimize processes, and help achieve store targets.
  • Address customer concerns, foster relationships, and build loyalty.
  • Train and develop staff, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and familiarity with operational best practices.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
