Core responsibilities

  • Team leadership: Hiring, training, and motivating staff to meet goals and foster a positive work environment.
  • Sales and performance: Developing and executing sales strategies, managing payroll, and ensuring the team exceeds sales targets.
  • Operations management: Overseeing inventory, loss prevention, daily store activities, and ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Visual merchandising: Maintaining store standards, executing visual directives, and managing advertising displays.
  • Customer service: Ensuring excellent customer service and professionally resolving any complaints or issues.
  • Marketing and promotions: Collaborating with marketing to execute promotional events and build local brand awareness.
  • Product knowledge: Staying informed about new trends, products, and competitor offerings to advise customers and inform business decisions.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead staff and interact with customers.
  • Business acumen: Understanding of sales, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail in managing store processes.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing retail trends and consumer needs.
  • Tech proficiency: Familiarity with retail management software and standard office applications.
  • Experience: Retail management experience, often with a preference for those with a background in sports or apparel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php150, Php180,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
