About the role

Provide strategic support to the bonds management team.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor performance and surety bonds for compliance and status updates.
  • Request and collect bond waivers, extension documents, and supporting memos from sites/groups.
  • Obtain insurance quotations, prepare approval memos, and instruct providers to issue specimens/bonds and SOAs.
  • Prepare and endorse payment documents to Ops-Audit and follow up on transmittals of finalized bonds.
  • Maintain and update monitoring files and reports; review specimens, bonds, and waivers for accuracy.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–2 years in a technical/analytical role, preferably in insurance or bonds management.
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving skills; proficient with data analysis tools.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills; attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
