Job Description
- Oversee the Karayama SM Megamall Store.
- Ensure that the assigned store is profitable
- Conducting Timekeeping activities in an accurate, timely manner.
- Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety
- Monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for the same to receive feedback
- Assist employee teams to provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the team to meet sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction and follow company procedures to increase productivity.
- Maintain and ensure compliance to established food quality and standards
