Purchasing Manager for Group of Restaurants

Job Description:

· Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies

· Maintain records of goods ordered/ received

· Oversee and monitor purchase order accuracy

· Monitor monthly purchase costs

· Source vendors of items, equipment or supplies and determine product availability and terms of sales

· Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers

· Review, evaluate and approve specifications for awarding bids in coordination to the Supply Chain Director

· Negotiate for best price favorable to the company, reduce expenses and measure monthly/ yearly savings

· Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power

· Prepare reports regarding market condition and merchandise cost

· Participate in Research & Development of products

· Arrange disposal of surplus materials

· Ensure Logistics are scheduled properly

· Implement on-line supply chain system specifically SAP/ Oracle

Job Specifications:

· year Course / Bachelor Degree related to Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Administration and other food/restaurant related courses

·      With at least 5 years of experience handling the same position in Retail, F&B or Hotel Industry

·      With excellent background in Purchasing, planning and negotiation skills.

·      Must have established suppliers for group of restaurants.

·      Ability to review, analyze, and differentiate detailed vendor and services provider specifications.

·      Can work in fast-paced environment

·      With experience using SAP/Oracle system

·      WILLING TO WORK IN ORTIGAS, PASIG

·      AVAILABLE TO START ASAP
