Good Eats Specialists Inc. (formerly known as Specialty Food Retailers, Inc.), a subsidiary of Rustan Group of Companies, is currently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to be assigned at Shake Shack - Capitol Commons (Upcoming Store 2025).

Role: Lead the day-to-day operational and financial excellence of the Shack by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports operational standards and the culture of Enlightened Hospitality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of Safety, Cleanliness, Quality, and Speed, while simultaneously upholding Shack standards of Hospitality in all interaction.
  • Leads the shift through proper kitchen and floor management, ensuring that the shift is highly productive and efficient.
  • Directly manages Shack Member training, development and growth plans, and progressive discipline when appropriate.
  • Assists in monitoring all administrative functions (i.e. Receiving, Inventory, Scheduling, etc.) at the Shack to ensure operational excellence and consistency.
  • Leads and works to maintain the facility and all equipment to the highest standards - Ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Job Qualifications:

  • College Graduate, preferably has subjects related to Food Preparation or any related program
  • At least has Leadership or Supervisory Experience
  • At least has Kitchen (preparation) Exposure / Experience
  • Energetic, Creative, Committed, Team player, Customer-service driven
  • Keen Attention to Details
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Has an interest in Kitchen Work
  • Ability to work under stress
