DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Dispensing of requested items

  2. Charging of all requested items

  3. Makes supplies and packs them for sterilization;

  4. Checks and packs instruments and special sets for sterilization;

  5. Attends to patient's complaint regarding CS charging:

  6. Receives telephone calls politely on clearance charges, etc.;

  7. Forwards basic supplies and stock ready for use on demand.

  1. Maintains and keep of unit, orderly, clean and safe environment.

  2. Participates in the planning and improvement of the unit;

  3. Attends all unit/department meetings and Administrative meeting when called

  4. Carries out specified and delegated functions from the unit head and makes proper endorsement every start and end of the shift.

  5. Performs other assignments as required/directed

  6. Receives and issues medical supplies to authorized personnel and other necessary supplies needed by the patient.

  7. Dispenses medical supplies properly.

  8. Enters daily charges into bin card.

  9. Charges all medical supplies taken by the staff nurse for patients

  10. Receives medical oxygen for hospital patients use;

  11. Prepares gauze, cotton balls & other CS supplies for autoclaving;

  12. Operates autoclave machine.

  13. Performs other duties as the need arises.

  14. Monitors and Receives medical O delivery

  15. Checks and monitors infusion pump machine

  16. Checks inventory of medical supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
