About the role

Equicom Solutions Inc' is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Manager to join our Projects and Strategies team. As a key strategic partner, you will lead the successful delivery of critical projects that underpin our business objectives. This full-time role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and offers excellent opportunities for career development and growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage a portfolio of complex, high-profile projects from initiation to completion
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  3. Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource schedules to ensure timely and effective delivery
  4. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track
  5. Provide regular progress updates and proactively communicate with stakeholders
  6. Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators
  7. Continuously seek ways to improve project management processes and drive innovation

What we're looking for

  1. 8+ years of experience in project management within the Information & Communication Technology industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  3. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  5. Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  6. Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, or a related field
  7. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable
