Strategy Officer

Provides strategy support through research, analysis of key economic data, and preparation of presentations. The role also assists in joint venture management and business case development to support strategic solutions initiatives.
Conduct research and analyze key economic and industry data to support strategy formulation and decision-making.
Regularly monitor macroeconomic, industry, and competitive data, and provide insights that may guide strategic decisions.
Provide research and documentation support for strategic planning activities, reports, workshops, and discussions.
Contribute to the preparation of reports and updates for the Management Committee, the Investment Committee, and the Board of Directors.
Assist in the preparation of business cases for strategic solutions initiatives
Support the monitoring and management of joint venture projects including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related fields.
Work Experience: Two to three (2-3) years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate planning, research, or related fields Exposure to real estate industry is an advantage but not required
