Credit Strategy Analyst – Cards

Job Summary:
Provide analytics and data science support to drive business growth and manage risk-reward strategies for the Consumer Business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit risk policies for Cards in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze credit applications and assess potential risks using data and statistical models.
- Monitor policy performance and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Deliver training and guidance to teams on credit risk strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- At least 1 year of credit risk management experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficient in risk management systems, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
