Ascendion is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team in Ortigas, Pasig City. As a Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our technology projects. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to work onsite at our Ortigas office.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with scope
  • Define and finalize project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans and timelines
  • Optimize resource allocation to meet project milestones and quality standards
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members to achieve their best performance
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders
  • Identify and clear blockers for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Conduct retrospectives and post-mortems to drive continuous improvement
  • Provide hands-on leadership and technical oversight, including reviewing architecture and system design.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Project/Delivery Management
  • Proven track record leading software development projects
  • Willing and able to work in a full onsite setup (Ortigas)
  • Can start ASAP.
