Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Reports Analyst Team Lead to oversee data reporting operations and support business performance tracking. The ideal candidate has strong analytical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience in generating and managing business reports using advanced tools and techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Reports Analysts to ensure timely and accurate report delivery.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reporting dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to management and clients.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reports and analytics systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Automate reports and optimize data processes using tools such as SQL, VBA, or BI platforms.

Qualifications

  • College graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst (Team Lead experience preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, VBA, or BI platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience using Talent Acquisition tools or systems (ATS, HRIS, or other recruitment tools).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
