A new resort destination is rising in Batangas — the first condotel resort under DMCIHomes Hotel & Leisure, the hospitality arm of DMCIHomes, one of the Philippines' most trusted names in residential development.

As the flagship property of DMCIHomes Hotel & Leisure, this condotel marks the beginning of a new collection of resort destinations that blend smart design, warm hospitality, and investment value. We're assembling a pioneering leadership team that will help define the commercial foundation not only for this property, but for future resorts to come.

We're looking for a Director for Revenue and Reservations — a results-driven leader who knows how to turn strategy, data, and teamwork into revenue performance.

Your Role

You'll lead all aspects of the resort's revenue and reservations strategy — from pre-opening system setup to long-term performance management.

In the pre-opening phase, you'll establish the resort's pricing, forecasting, and distribution framework, setting up the systems and SOPs that will become the model for future DMCIHomes Hotel & Leisure resorts.

Once operational, you'll lead revenue optimization across rooms, condotel units, and event spaces, ensuring the property achieves its full commercial potential.

What You Bring

  • At least 10 years of experience in hotel or resort revenue management, including 3 years in a Director-level role
  • Proven pre-opening experience and strong system setup background (PMS, CRS, RMS, channel manager)
  • Solid understanding of pricing, forecasting, and data analytics
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience in large-scale condotel or resort operations (500+ keys) preferred
