The Operations Manager oversees the overall daily operations of the club to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills to maintain high standards of service, staff performance, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day club operations, ensuring efficient service and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage and coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, supplies, and ensure proper ordering and usage control.
  • Ensure that all areas of the club (bar, kitchen, front desk, and service) are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Oversee guest relations, handle complaints or concerns, and ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and staff evaluations.
  • Work closely with Finance for monitoring expenses, payroll, and sales reports.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Conduct regular meetings with department heads and report directly to the General Manager or Owner.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and maintain profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Supervisor in a club, bar, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
