An Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and staff performance of multiple locations or branches within a specific geographic region. This role is crucial for ensuring that all locations align with company goals, maintain operational efficiency, and achieve financial targets.

Job Description:

  • Management: Overseeing the day-to-day business operations across all assigned locations. This includes ensuring stores are running efficiently, maintaining quality control, and making sure all company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Sales and Financial Performance: Developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Leading, supervising, and mentoring store or branch managers. The goal is to build a strong, collaborative, and motivated team.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Relations: Handling escalated customer complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all locations.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is often required.
  • Experience: Having at least 1-2 years of work-related experience from the same industry (fast food chain, or casual/fine dining restaurant) is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to work independently, often from a distance, and to travel frequently is also a key requirement.
