Overview:

The AI Developer will be a pivotal force in driving our technological advantage, designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and intelligent solutions that enhance our talent-sourcing, workflow optimization, and business intelligence capabilities. This role will directly influence how Anywhere Talent connects businesses with talent, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.

This is a full-time, remote position requiring 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST). The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex business problems using advanced statistical methods and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Lead the development and deployment of scalable AI and machine learning models (e.g., NLP for resume parsing, predictive models for talent matching, and optimization algorithms for workflow streamlining).

Data Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust, efficient data pipelines to collect, process, and transform raw data into features suitable for model training.

Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune existing models for improved performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

Collaboration: Work closely with the product and operations teams to identify AI opportunities and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend new technologies or methods to maintain our competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in programming languages commonly used for AI (e.g., Python).

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of statistical modeling and data structures.

Communication: Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
