Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Marketing & Administrative Coordinator
to support our marketing initiatives while managing day-to-day administrative and scheduling tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This dual-role position requires someone who can contribute to marketing content and campaigns while ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, travel, and internal communications.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
- Support the preparation of marketing collateral, newsletters, and presentations.
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics and performance of campaigns.
- Help maintain and update the company website and digital platforms.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis when needed.
Administrative & Scheduling Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the team or executives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
- Handle general office administration and communication with service providers.
- Support in drafting letters, memos, and reports as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, administrative, and coordination roles.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer) and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
