Semy AS, a Norwegian facility management company with offices in the Philippines, is seeking a highly skilled Power Apps and Power Automate Developer with a background in Engineering and proven experience in the facility management, property management, asset management, or building operations industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing low-code applications and automated workflows for our Hard Asset Technical Department to enhance operational efficiency, improve onboarding/offboarding of hard assets, update on Supplier processes and support data-driven decision-making within our organization.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline maintenance requests, asset tracking, incident reporting, and other facility operations.

Ensure asset documentation and reporting align with compliance and regulatory standards.

Manage asset inventories and ensure facility documentation is up to date.

Maintain accurate asset records, including equipment inventory, warranties, lifecycle data, and maintenance history.

Assist in tagging, tracking, and auditing of physical assets.

Monitor asset utilization, performance, and assist in budget planning for repairs or replacements.

Coordinate with contractors, onsite field team, service providers, and technical staffs.

Oversee day-to-day operations of building systems.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or ECE Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).

Atleast 1-2 year of experience in facility management, building operations, or property administration.

Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

Can report daily to ALABANG/DAVAO Office (whichever is nearer to the location of Applicant) and can work from 6AM til 2PM or 2PM til 11PM (Monday to Friday)
