Key Responsibilities

Development

  • Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath.
  • Write, test, and maintain efficient and scalable automation scripts.
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate automation with existing systems and applications.
  • Prepare documentation for major and complex development or enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance of automation solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in RPA, chatbots, and process automation.

Support

  • Provide support and troubleshoot automation issues raised by project managers or stakeholders.
  • Implement preventive measures for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.

Technical & Functional Competencies

Must Have

  • Proficiency in MS O365 Cloud Services: SharePoint, SharePoint List, Power Automate Cloud Flow, Power Automate Desktop, Power BI, OneDrive.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good to Have

  • Programming knowledge in Python, C#, VB.NET, VBS.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
  • Hands-on with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and Automation Hub.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience designing and developing automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Experience designing and developing RPA solutions using UiPath Platform.
  • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders during brainstorming sessions and demos.
  • Skilled in reading technical and functional specifications and documenting technical details clearly.
  • UiPath Certification is preferred.
