Semy AS, a Norwegian facility management company with offices in the Philippines, is seeking a
Autodesk Platform Services (APS) Solutions Developer
to design and implement
IT solutions for property and facility management
. This role focuses on using
Autodesk's cloud-based platform and APIs
to build applications, integrations, and digital tools that optimize building operations, asset management, and space utilization.

The ideal candidate will combine technical development skills with an understanding of
facility/property management processes
, ensuring our properties benefit from the latest digital innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Develop IT Solutions:
Build custom applications, integrations, and tools using
Autodesk Platform Services (APS)
for facility and property management.

BIM Integration:
Connect and manage
BIM models (Revit, etc.)
with operational systems to improve asset tracking, space management, and lifecycle monitoring.

Workflow Automation:
Create digital workflows for maintenance, inspections, and building operations.

System Integration:
Integrate APS solutions with internal platforms (ERP, CRM, and Power Platform).

Data Management & Visualization:
Develop dashboards, APIs, and reporting solutions to support
data-driven decision-making
.

Digital Twin Development:
Support initiatives involving digital twin technology and IoT integration for real-time property monitoring.

Collaboration:
Work closely with IT, property managers, and operations teams to capture requirements and translate them into scalable digital solutions.

Support & Training:
Provide technical documentation, end-user support, and training on APS-based solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Proven experience with
Autodesk Platform Services
and Autodesk software (Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks).

Strong skills in
software development
.

With Experience on
cloud platforms
(Azure, AWS, or similar).

Preferably with familiarity on
facility/property management processes
.

Knowledge of
Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional digital solutions team.

Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

Can report daily to ALABANG/DAVAO or INDIA-AMRITSAR Office (whichever is nearer to the location of Applicant)
