Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Customer Service Specialist to join our healthcare team. This role is responsible for managing patient communication and coordination efforts, including appointment scheduling, referral processing, data entry, and insurance verification. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced medical or healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage patient recall efforts and referral tracking to ensure continuity of care.
* Schedule patient appointments accurately based on provider availability and patient needs.
* Perform accurate and timely data entry into electronic health records and other systems.
* Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments and assist patients with questions related to coverage.
* Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
