Job Summary:

  • The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for process and data mapping, supporting internal and external clients by analyzing, mapping, and documenting business processes and data structures.
  • This role is crucial for our ERP and BPM program implementation, driving process enhancements and data management to improve business efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Engineering, degree in Computer Industrial Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven process and data mapping prowess, preferably within ERP/BPM contexts.
  • Adept understanding of data structures, process change management, and optimization techniques.
  • Past experience as an Industrial Engineer or Programmer will be a valuable asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and technical writing to create coherent process and data documentation.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and technologies such as VUE.JS, Node.JS, SQL, Java, REST APIs, and software testing tools (if applicable).
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
