Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Preparation & Management

  • Prepare, compile, and organize all project-related documents (e.g., permits, as-built documents, design plans, site photos, reports).
  • Ensure all documents follow the company's standard templates and telco guidelines.
  • Maintain updated and accurate records in both physical and digital formats.

2. Compliance & Quality Control

  • Validate documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal and client standards.
  • Ensure compliance with telco industry requirements, government permits, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate corrections or updates with engineers, contractors, and vendors.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site acquisition teams regarding document requirements and deadlines.
  • Submit reports or documentation packages to clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor pending documents and follow up with concerned departments or external parties.

4. Database & File Management

  • Update documentation trackers, logs, and database systems.
  • Organize and archive documents for easy retrieval during audits or project reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive records.

5. Reporting

  • Generate weekly or monthly documentation status reports.
  • Highlight delays, missing requirements, or issues needing attention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation processes and telco project workflows.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF tools, and documentation management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
